Oh no she didn't!
Ok, so the woman who assaulted Leo nearly five years ago has been caught:
First of all, she's ugly! What was SHE doing at a party with Leo? If she could get in, then I certainly should be able to get in?
Secondly, after she assaulted Leo back in 2004, she FLED THE COUNTRY! She fled the freakin country so she wouldn't get arrested for assault???? Is that the dumbest thing you've ever heard or what? Apparently, she was arrested in Toronto and extradited back to the US. The judge ordered she must have no contact with DiCaprio or Rick Salomon, who hosted the party where the assault allegedly took place, in the early morning of June 17, 2005. She also had to hand over her passport and abide by an 11 p.m. curfew.
What an idiot! At least she didn't scar his beautiful face!

I'm pretty impressed with how Leo turned out, quite the respectable actor. But did you hear all the Jersey Shore kids talking about meeting him?
