• Summer Lovin

  Ok, I posted ANOTHER ad on craigslist for a knitting circle. Hopefully I'll get some normal responses this year.

  Today I worked from my sister's house. It was pretty cool, but I discovered something important, no matter where I am, I'm unhappy having that laptop practically tethered to me. It's like one of those ankle bracelets people out of prison have to wear. I feel like I'm always on surveillance, and even worse than that, I have to respond to people when they reach out to me! What a bunch of bull!

  So I suppose summer is coming to an end. I feel like this summer flew by and I should do something spectacular before it's over. But then I can't think of anything exciting to do. I look back and realize my summer wasn't all bad. Here's a recap:

  Brian's birthday weekend and a trip to Atlantic City with a great boxing match

  July
  Fabulous fireworks right from our patio
  A family reunion in York, PA including a trip to Hershey Park

  August
  My birthday!
  And another trip to Atlantic City

  Actually, that's pretty pathetic. We didn't even go to Boston like we did last summer. Oh well, guess I'll have a chance at another kick a$$ summer next year, beginning with our trip to Ireland!!
